What goes around comes around. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. You have heard about the Law of Cause and Effect all your life. You know it’s true. What you put out comes back to haunt you or help you. What you might not have understood is how this law combines with the Law of Multiplication to dramatically impact your success...
...What you put out gets multiplied at least tenfold. If you put out positive energy, you get back a multitude of good. If you put out negative energy, you get back a multitude of grief and hardship. If you put out anger, you get back a sea of anger. If you put out happiness, you get back a storehouse of happiness.
Whatever you put out into the world, you get back multiplied.
Very simply, this means every time you say, write or think mean-spirited, ugly, hurtful or hateful things about anyone you are putting out negative energy. You are creating for yourself exactly what you do not want. Since what you put out comes back to you multiplied, your negative energy becomes an order to the Universe asking for a heavy load of trouble to be dumped directly on your head.
You know this is true. You’ve heard it your whole life. You’ve heard it so much, in fact, it sometimes sounds triteor melodramatic. Nevertheless, it is as true today as whenyour mother first said it.
When you talk bad about someone else, you are only hurting yourself.
A friend of mine who is normally in excellent healthcalled one afternoon in the grip of great pain and suf-fering. She felt that she had very little reason to liveanymore, that her life was horrible. She said that her sonhad fallen from his motor scooter and broken his collarbone. Her mate and she were fighting constantly. Her cathad marked her bedroom for the third time that week. Shewas too sick to go to work, but she needed the money becauseher daughter’s college tuition was due, a bill that wasrightfully the obligation of her ex-husband, The Blanketyblank-blank-blank. Finally, we got to the source of theproblem.
She was furious at her ex-husband and had been for along time. She was thinking and speaking of him in lessthan-complimentary terms. She was creating an order forincredible pain and suffering for HERSELF!
Once she recognized that she was creating her own misfortuneand disease, she changed her attitude and her lifebrightened immediately. She decided that her ex was doingthe best he could. She decided it was her responsibility todeal with him in the best way she could. She decided to expectnothing from him and always work through her lawyer when it involved the kids. She protected herself by giving goodness out to the world.
Now, in this example, negative energy returned quicklyto the sender. In other cases it can take years before thatpain comes back to you. The only thing you can be sure ofis that it will come back.
The opposite is also true. If you send out loving, kind, magnanimous and caring words, thoughts and deeds, you will receive that goodness back multiplied. What you give is what you get. No doubt about it.
Sending out negative energy is a bad habit. This is something we all have to work on every day. It is entirely too easy to get angry at other drivers, neighbors, bosses, friends or loved ones. It is too easy to call them names. Horrible names you really do not mean.
It is entirely too easy to think poorly of someone because of their economic, racial, religious or ethnic background. It is too easy to hate people because they are different. It is too easy to let differences override similarities, to shun and deride that which is outside of that with which you are comfortable.
And what good does it do? It only hurts you. You are simply setting yourself up for a big negative payback. Besides we are not here to judge. We are here to get rich.
Change your attitudes. Develop new habits. Think good thoughts. You can do this. I did. Every time you say something negative about yourself or anyone else, stop and forgive yourself, then correct your thinking. Allow only good and kind thoughts to enter your mind or leave your mouth. Imagine yourself sowing golden seeds of love and kindness everywhere you go. The result is a harvest Rich Beyond Your Wildest Dreams.

GOOD KARMA, BAD KARMA : Law of Cause and Effect
For every cause there is an effect, and for every effect there is a cause. For every action we take, there is an effect. If you send good thoughts out, good comes back. If you give love, love comes back. If you give away money, money flows back to you.
According to physics, there is an equal and opposite reaction for every action.According to this natural law, whatever you send out or give comes right back in the same or different energy form.
Good karma, as some call it, leads to good karma. Of course, the opposite is true, too.
Some people have a hard time remembering that this applies to money just as much as anything else. After all, money is just an idea. We created the green paper with ink on it to represent money.
Money is energy just like everything else. There are laws governing what you must do to acquire money, which are no different from a farmer having to plant seeds before he harvests; e.g., you simply cannot get and keep something greater than you have given. You must be more and give more to have more.
I teach this law to my children by encouraging them to be “gogivers” instead of go-getters. This Thanksgiving, for example, after a big family dinner, all the kids bolted to go and play.Keenan and Noah, however, stayed to help clear the tables. I requested each of them help ten people and take their dishes to the kitchen. So off they went, and when they were done, they both came back to me beaming! Someone had given each of them a dollar for their efforts. They hadn’t expected it, but they got it.Every week they earn two dollars allowance, so fifteen minutes of helping really paid off for them. Incidentally, their “financial plan” allows them to put seventy-five cents in the bank each week, spend seventy-five cents, and donate fifty cents. Not a bad ratio for most adults to emulate.

THE LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT
Every cause has its effect; every effect , its cause. There is no such thing as chance. Everything happens according to law. Nothing in the entire universe ever happens, unless it occurs according to law. Nothing ever escapes the law. It is impossible for the human mind to conceive of starting a new chain of causation, for the simple reason that every effect must have a cause; and in turn, that cause must have an effect. Thus, we have the perpetual, never-ending cycle of cause and effect.
Ralph Waldo Emerson called The Law of Cause and Effect, The Law of Laws. You are , of course, very interested in RESULTS. Your physical health, your relationships, the respect you earn, your material income. You must concentrate on the CAUSE , and the EFFECT will automatically take care of itself. That is how the Law works.
THE LAW OF PSYCHOLGICAL RECIPROCITY
When you put a positive out, you will get a positive back, but rarely right away. When you put a negative out, you will get one back. Rather than be caught by this law, we should use it. When someone gives you a positive, give them one right back. When someone sends you a negative, step aside and let it keep on going.
